Monki Bralette, H&M Boots, Nixon Watch, Quay Sunglasses, Poppy Lissiman Clutch
Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit, Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Palette in Dolce Vita, L’Oreal Mascara, Elizabeth and James Perfume, RMS Living Luminizer, Sephora X Nail Polish, Essie Nail Polish, Bite Beauty Lip Crayon, Nars Foundation
Just a compilation of some of my favorite things in the past couple months. The H&M boots were such a steal! Super comfortable and looks way more expensive than they actually are. I’ve been OBSESSED with the Poppy Lissiman Pizza Illuminati clutch. Dear Poppy sent me this as a gift for being runner up in her most recent Instagram contest and it’s been with me since then.
The Anastasia Contour Kit. One word, YES. It really does live up to the hype. There’s a reason why it’s always sold out! It gives the most perfect and natural contour. The lip crayon from Bite Beauty has not left my lips since I got this last month. Amazing pigmentation and staying power even after a meal.

Everyone who has problematic skin, raise your hand!
I have the most complicated and high maintenance skin. Dehydrated, sensitive, and blemish-prone. There really is not middle, comfortably nice ground where my skin can just relax. It either as dry as the Sahara or as oily as fried chicken. I probably shouldn’t have referred to my skin as fried food huh? But you get the picture. I travel a lot and it has REALLY affected my skin with environmental changes, humidity/dryness, lack of sleep, and stress.
Before I keep rambling, let me just get to the point. This mask is AMAZING. I have no idea what I have been doing before this. I bought this the other day hoping something out there would save my skin. My most recent skin condition (and you will notice that in my case it changes quite often) was oily, rough, and covered with an uncomfortable amount of acne/white heads. I popped this baby on every night for 3-4 nights straight and my skin has already improved SO much. Even after the first use, I noticed everything was starting to calm down and the roughness was almost gone.
It’s not really an exfoliating mask, as they have one specifically for that here, but it does a really good job at pulling impurities out and sucking the unnecessary oils out. Can that sound any more gross? haha
This mask is by all mean not cheap, but take it as an investment! Think of all the facial trips you’re saving!
A container can last anywhere between 8-10 mask treatments depending how think you layer it.
Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment – $69USD
Have you guys tried this mask before?

I know I know. I just did a beauty post, but as I'm flying out of Basel a day late due to the Lufthansa Pilot Strike, I thought it appropriate. Originally, my flight was from Basel to Frankfurt to Hong Kong. Now, we have to make another stop in Beijing.
For those of you who don't know, my skin is extremely sensitive, dehydrated, and blemish prone. Yes, the trifecta. So when I go on long haul flights, I make sure I have everything I need to stay hygenic and hydrated.
Kenzoki Ice Cold Eye Cream, Tangle Teezer, Simple Makeup Removal Wipes, Dolly Wink Eyeliner, Bourjois CC Concealer, Deodorant, Beauty Blender, Nars Douceur, ELF/Sasa/MAC brushes, Bourjois CC Cream, Anastasia Brow Powder, Topshop Highlighter, MJ Daisy Rollerball, Clea De Peau Concealer, MAC Highlighting Pen, Caudalie SOS Serum, Lubriderm Cream, Toothbrush, Clarins Sunscreen, Caudalie SOS Eye Cream, SK-II Clear Lotion, Innisfree Olive Oil, Sunday Riley Good Genes, Origins Face Cream, Nuxe Anti-Imperfection Cream
I usually pack a gel mask or two as well, but I ran out during the trip. It was so dry my skin was peeling! ew.

I have been so obsessed with lip products lately. Yes. I carry 4 in my purse at all times, and yes they do interchange when I'm feeling another color.
1. YSL Gloss Volupte #19
I used to be incredibly into lip glosses. But that was in high school when Bath and Body Works had this minty lip gloss that everyone and their mothers had. But after a while, it just became such a hassle. Living in San Francisco, the wind is not exactly my best friend. I'm sure all of you understand the pain of wearing lip gloss, but suddenly a gust of wind hits you and whoosh! your hair is stuck on your lips. Not a pretty sight.
But this lipgloss is not one of those. It goes on so smooth and not sticky at all. And a plus? It's smells SO good. Seriously, if you guys get the chance, go to a YSL counter and just smell their lipgloss. Mmm.
2. Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector 05
After reading countless blog posts about how amazing this lip product is, I finally conformed and bought it. And rightly so. This is such a great everyday natural color. Simply put. It's like your lips but better.
3. Etude House Rosy Tint Lips #7
This is one of those really great complimentary products. I like to wear this with my Clarins lip perfector as a base or even doing the whole “bitten” lip thing but more natural.
4. L'oreal C511 Orange Power
I bought this on a whim while perusing Watsons in Hong Kong. It's a really nice and vibrant orange that's perfect for the spring and summer. How could I resist putting it in my bag? It's so great to have on the go when you realize you have plans for the night, pop this on and you're ready!

I had always had a fascination with makeup. How it could transform a face. How it could instantly make you look like you had more than the actual 2 hours of sleep last night. How it could give you confidence. Makeup is no longer just a mere aesthetic tool, it is in its own way, a form of putting your best foot forward.
Last week, I had the pleasure to attend the MAC Indulge Collection Party in Hong Kong with my two sistahs. It was actually my second time attending MAC’s events for their new line, the first being their Fabulous Felines Collection a few years back. They had really cool makeup stations set up so that we could sit down and have a professional makeup artist touch us up with their new products. Before we left, they handed each one of us the little matte black bag that was filled with goodies for us to try their new collection.
